JACK RICHARDSON - PRODUCER/DoP/EDITOR

Jack trained as an actor at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where he graduated with a 1st class honours degree in 2013. As Creative Director of Run Home Productions, he has worked across the UK in various roles within the entertainment industry. He lives in Stratford-upon-avon.

JOSH HARPER - WRITER/DIRECTOR

Josh grew up in Worcester, where being the son of actors, there was only one way this was going to go - much to his parents’ dismay.  Josh trained at the Birmingham School of Acting where he first met Pip (both 18, wide-eyed, and sporting a pair of tights). As an actor he has worked for the BBC, ITV and the RSC. More recently, Josh has been focusing on the industry behind the lens, working as a runner on A Spy Among Friends (ITV) and assistant directing the feature film Giddy Stratospheres. In 2023 Josh was mentored by Kate Oates (Head of Drama Productions at the BBC) on a script and story course, focused around the show Eastenders. Experiencing working with writers, and script and story professionals, Josh was inspired to write and direct his first short film, ‘Who Wants To Be Me’.

PIP BARCLAY - DIRECTOR

Hailing from York, Pip has also recently ventured into directing. As an actor, he’s worked with the BBC, Wall to Wall, Pressman Film and Animus Films. With a background in theatre, Pip was a member of Strictly Arts, where he contributed to the creation of the acclaimed political show 'Freeman'. Additionally, Pip has lent his expertise as a script consultant on Belgrade Film and Digital's online series 'SeaView'. He regularly works at NFTS and MET Film School, assisting directing students in learning how to work with actors. He’s excited to step into directing, embracing the creative freedom that comes with bringing his own vision to life.
